What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Store?
All orders shipped within the continental United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $6.95. When you place your order, the shipping option will automatically default to the $6.95 option. If your order qualifies for free shipping (over $99), please be sure to click the “Free Shipping” option at checkout.
Where exactly do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?
Currently, we are accepting PayPal which also allows for credit card transactions through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note: You do NOT need a Paypal account to use our services. Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and you will see the option to PAY with CREDIT or DEBIT card through PayPal– no sign-up necessary! Please double check that your shipping address is accurate upon checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Our products ship out within 1 business day from purchase. The estimated USPS Priority Mail transit time for Standard shipping is typically 2-5 business days.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Our friendly staff reviews the order right away. Then they prepare and coordinate your order with our warehouse department. We then package the items securely by hand and mail them out to you. We also provide you with the tracking number so you can track you package.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of the Nature's Liberty Brand products are manufactured in the United States. The ingredients for our products come from various countries throughout the world.
How do I view the Supplement Facts for a product?
All of our products on our website have very clear and detailed supplement facts available. Simply click on the product image on the product page to view each product's Supplement Facts on the label.
I do not wish to give my info. online. Is there another way to order?
Presently, we are set up to only process order information online by design. We can assure you that your information is completely safe. Each transaction is processed securely through PayPal. We do not even have access to your payment information.
When do the promotions and pricing on the website change?
Prices on our website can be updated at any time and may change for some monthly specials.
What is your price matching policy?
Nature's Liberty offers only the highest ingredients and competitive pricing for all of our products. We do not price match competitor website prices or limited promotions.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item purchased from Nature's Liberty for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items once received back to us which will be processed to the original form of payment. Please use our "Contact Us" form and we will be happy to assist you further with any issue.
What should I do if my products arrive damaged?
We make every effort to package your order so it will arrive in excellent condition. Unfortunately, sometimes products may be damaged during shipment although it is extremely rare. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace your products as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please submit our "Contact Us" form to our Customer Service Dept. or call us at 1-800-381-0963. Give us your name, order number, and the item that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately upon receipt of your damaged item.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product please submit our “Contact Us” form to our Customer Service Dept. or call us at 1-800-381-0963. Give us your name, order number and the product that was not correct as well as which product you should have received. We will look into this immediately, arrange for you to return the incorrect product to us, and send out the correct product to you right away! You will receive the correct product quickly.
Can I make changes to my order after I submitted it?
We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Due to the speed of most of our shipments, we are not able to make any changes once the order has been submitted.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my own?

Ensure you have received a shipping confirmation email (double check your spam folder) and locate your tracking number. Then go to www.usps.com to enter you tracking number. (Please note: tracking info. may be limited at times via USPS which is beyond our control).

Yes. You will first receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
